Although I don't get out as much as I'd like to - well let's face it, fitness is a compromise between how fit you'd like to be and the effort that you're prepared to put into it! Well that, and I've had things on for a lot of weekends when I've not had the kids.
Anyway, I thought that it was about time that I put these up.
