That time of year again ... another year
older! Following the previous pattern, this one should have been in
Edinburgh somewhere, however, since Q got his real ale pump, he felt it
necessary to christen it ... and what better event that the KIDDA
anniversary!
Some of the usual suspects couldn't make it due to clashes: Mistress was at a gig in Loch Ness, Banjo / Frodo were out for Banjo's birthday the night before and were way to wasted to get on the bus (a poor excuse I know, for drinking association members) and Rider was away up north with his new Yamaha R1. However, we had Bigsmak (with burd Tracey* and brother Steven*), Deep Throat, Gouranga, Kermit, Mulder, Nutz, Puppieees, Shucks (and burd Pam), Tease and Q (with friends Sharon and Jeanette). We even had some live entertainment from a few of them!

This is the reason for the
BBQ at Q's house ... his real ale hand pump, complete with water
cooling system, hooked up to a 9 gallon cask of Atlas Latitude! In the
back ground are 1 gallon mini-casks of Stewart's No. 3 and Copper
Cascade.
There's also a beer fridge full of fizzy pi$$ too! All real ale was finished off on the night, give or take 3 or 4 pints - from a grand total of 90 pints! |
 So, who wants to pull Q's handle? It's big, it's black, it's hard and it has a chrome tip! |
